The Kitchen Conveyor is a 14 X 14 " wooden peel that is large enough for pizzas and piecrusts, yet appropriate for smaller cookies or pastries as well. The parchment paper is looped through a slot near the top of the tool and attached to a sliding handle allowing the paper to roll over and under the paddle much like a conveyor belt. the unique push-pull action of that sliding handle gives the baker solid control when transferring dough from the countertop to a hot oven and then back again. The Kitchen Conveyor parchment is a pure vegetable-based, silicone-coated paper which makes for easy transfer of dough to a pre-heated surface or cooking stone.
